STRATOSFEAR was created in 2008 incorporating our rich Corporate Finance and Business development background and experience. This led us to question, “What was it that highly successful Clients had in common, that allowed them to grow and become Corporate Businesses?” Seeking the answer extended us beyond simply Finance. It took us on a journey into Strategic Management & Corporate Advisory to understand the prerequisites of Business success & failure. Our experience showed, Management capability often impeded securing Working Capital & Expansion Capital. Simultaneously, Finance often inhibited Businesses investing in Management & Operational capacity. Jamie is one of Western Australia’s most well-known and respected leading Strategic Management & Business Advisory professionals. He enjoyed a distinguished 20+ year career in Finance and Investment Banking before starting the hugely successful Strategic Management & Business Advisory firm, STRATOSFEAR, with his partner Jacque in 2009.
Guided by Jamie's work in the intensely competitive logistics industry, STRATOSFEAR is a past winner of the National Business Advisory SME Turnaround of the Year Award.

Brodie Stewart
Associate Director
Brodie’s diverse professional experience and tertiary qualifications position him as a versatile and impactful member of the STRATOSFEAR team.
Brodie began his career in the Australian Army as a General Service Officer, during which time he was involved in the development and implementation of significant change initiatives, with ongoing responsibilities in strategic planning, international engagement and effective team leadership and management.
Prior to joining STRATOSFEAR, Brodie was involved in a number of successful restructuring and advisory engagements of both private and publicly listed ASX Companies. Complementing his experiences, Brodie has been involved in start-ups and finance broking.
Brodie has an ability to distil complex financial and operational issues into clear, actionable insights, When you accompany this with his pragmatic style, paired with a focus on collaboration, working with him is both engaging and results driven. Whether guiding clients through uncertainty or shaping long-term strategy, Brodie brings energy, clarity and a sense of purpose to every engagement.

Jacqueline Holroyd
Chief Operations
Jacque has extensive industry experience across different sectors, including mining services, software engineering, retail food, franchising, banking, foreign exchange and local government.
A dynamic networker and problem solver with an entrepreneurial flair for opportunity spotting and deal creation, Jacque brings a unique blend of skills to maximise client business development opportunities.
Her strong people skills and down-to-earth approach allow her to work closely with clients to identify and resolve workflow issues. Jacque has an ability to hone in on root causes and overcome management challenges in creative ways.

Mervyn Kitay
Senior Advisor
Mervyn is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring and turnaround engagements across a wide range of industries.
He heads Worrells in Perth, Western Australia and regularly accepts appointments as liquidator, voluntary administrator or receiver where restructuring is not achievable. Mervyn has also prepared numerous Investigating Accountant’s Reports for secured lenders.
He provides key advisory support to STRATOSFEAR in navigating complex change and distressed scenarios.
Jodie Beeson
Senior Advisor
Jodie is a contemporary HR Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in human resources and employee relations across industries including construction, mining, manufacturing, health, retail, technology, transport and not-for-profit.
She has led complex engagements spanning strategic HR frameworks, enterprise agreements, workplace investigations, industrial relations advocacy, dispute resolution and union negotiations.
Working alongside STRATOSFEAR, Jodie provides strategic advice on workplace relations, compliance, workplace risk and culture.
